So what is AllMyFaves?

AllMyFaves is a free-for-all, comprehensive home page that offers an original approach to exploring the Internet. Instead of, say, typing a key search word into the text box of a search engine, AllMyFaves has already organized all the topics and information that are available on the web in a form of a list of categories and logos. This way, AllMyFaves is actually a simple and efficient visual directory of the Internet. (back to top)

How do I use it?

It's very simple. The site is actually a visual list of the most searched for categories on the Internet, including Entertainment, Games, Kids, Shopping, Travel and many more. Each category appears as one row of ten logos. We call these rows a Faveline. The ten logos in each Faveline represent the ten best, favorite (or, as we call them, 'faves') sites in that particular category. Go ahead, browse away our home page. Found an interesting category? Excellent! Now all you need to do is just click on one of the logos in that row - some will be familiar, others new and interesting - and get the information you were looking for or explore new ones. Regardless of your choice, we assure you that these logos had to go through a strenuous selection process in order to make it to the AllMyFaves homepage... (back to top)

What are Weekly Faves?

Updated every Monday, the Weekly Faves are our hand-picked sites for that week. These are the sites we were most impressed by and the ones we wish to pay forward to our users. Think of it as the 'crème de la crème' of the Internet on a weekly basis. Accordingly, the Weekly Faves offer users a little bit of everything each week with the added value of introducing new sites and fields of interest to users. To check out our previous Weekly Faves, you can click on the Weekly Faves tab on our homepage or click here. (back to top)

What are Weekly Games?

Same as our Weekly Faves, the Weekly Games are our hand-picked games for that week and we update these every Wednesday. The web offers thousands of online free flash games but only a small percentage of these is actually worth spending some time on. Our games experts play games online all day (hey, someone needs to do the dirty work...) and provide you with only the best ones. We must give you the heads up though: entering the Weekly Games page might result in long hours of participation on your part. To see what games we've picked for our previous Weekly Games, you can either click on the Games tab on our homepage. (back to top)

I have AllMyFaves on my desktop (PC). How do I remove it?

Click on the Windows Start button. Go to Settings and then Control Panel. In the Control Panel, click on the word Display. Next, select the Desktop tab on the top. At the bottom of that screen click on Customize Desktop and, in the new window that opens, select the Web tab. Uncheck all the boxes that appear checked and click OK. On the next screen click on the Apply button. (back to top)

Why are there only 10 sites in each category/Faveline?

At AllMyFaves we believe that less is more. In other words, we would like to avoid overwhelming you with 50 faves in each category. We like to keep it simple. We decided to list 10 sites in each category because we feel it's a number that offers more than just a couple of options on one hand, and that won't distract you from what you're after, on the other. Not too many, not too few. Nonetheless, since we are only humans and might have excluded a particular site you feel is absolutely extraordinary and deserves the "Fave" title, write us and let us in on it. We thoroughly examine each link users send us as a recommendation. If we decide not to include it, you can always add it to your 'My Faves' page and share it with your friends. It's a win-win situation! (back to top)

I have a great idea for your site. How do I share it with AllMyFaves?

In addition to sending us your feedback, you are more than welcome to send us any suggestions you might have that might render AllMyFaves a better, more efficient and more pleasant site. Fire away! (back to top)
